Dongfeng Motor Company Tianyun Electronic Appliance Factory was founded in 1995. It is a specialized factory integrating R&D, production and operation of automotive electronics, electrical appliances and wiring harness products. It is the largest production base of automotive electronics and electrical products in Hubei. As an OEM supplier, 95% of its products are used in Dongfeng-NISSAN joint ventures (ie, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company, Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company and Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.) and Dongfeng Yueda Kia Automobile Company and other automobile factories.

The factory has a standard workshop of more than 8,000 square meters and more than 200 employees. Among them, technical and management personnel accounted for 30% of the total number. In 2003, the total assets of the factory reached 23 million yuan, and the sales income was 42 million yuan. The factory has five standard electronic and electrical product assembly lines, and has 300 sets of domestic first-class production, testing, and experimental equipment. It is not only equipped with the latest high-quality wave soldering machine, but also realized computer online network testing, and newly added imported medium-speed stickers. The automatic film production line has improved the factory's production capacity and product quality to a higher level. The use of Taiwan Gigalight ERP management system has brought about a qualitative change in the basic management level of the factory, which not only greatly improves work efficiency, but more importantly, the ability of the factory to meet customer needs has been more fully guaranteed.

The company started to use two SRC-50SA (flow 6m³/min, pressure 0.8MPa, voltage 380V) air compressors from Shanghai Schneider Sunshine in 2012, which are mainly used for cleaning air for electronic components and air for pneumatic tools.
